Refund And Order fulfillment Policy (Please Read) 

If Renter cancels any reservation Mo Bounce Inflatables LLC. has the right to apply a 50% cancellation fee or withhold up to the whole amount due or paid. In cases of bad weather Mo Bounce Inflatables LLC will offer 1 rain check date with the same inflatable or one similar in size. Refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to process. Once your order is placed you will receive a verification call within 72 hours of your rental date. On the day of your rental your order will be delivered by one of our drivers within 2 hours of your scheduled time.
